The Studio Unit

Arorangi Beach Front Studio Unit comprises of a modern kitchen, living / sleeping area, private bathroom and an outside fully covered deck with BBQ.

The Studio features air conditioning, a king size bed (or twin beds if required) new bedroom and lounge furniture, well equipped kitchen with electric hobs, microwave, fridge freezer and top quality bathroom. There is a TV, CD player and DVD in the lounge along with a double pull out divan.

Separate laundry is on a share basis.

Outside furniture and a gas BBQ is supplied for that tropical island outdoor eating experience.

This new well appointed spacious studio unit is perfectly positioned to maximize a relaxing holiday on this tropical South Seas island paradise.

Capturing all the sunsets and enjoying the wind protected side of the island this well priced beachfront studio unit is ideal for couples.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars, include Government Tax and are valid to 30 June 2010

Daily Tariff for Studio Unit
= NZ$140 per night
(air conditioning not included)

Low Season Rate:
1 November – 30th June: NZ$140 per night – up to 2 persons
High Season Rate:
1 July – 31st October: NZ$165 per night – up to 2 persons
Extra child (2-15yrs inclusive): $15 per night
Under 2 years: free of charge
Airport transfers: $15 per adult and $10 per child each way

Check-in: 12 noon
Check-out: 10 am
Early check-in / late check-out by negotiation

Payment can be made by Telegraphic Bank Transfer, with a 50% deposit required to secure your reservation and the balance due on arrival in the Cook Islands.

Your hosts, Karyn and Richard Vinsen, also have a car, scooter and motorcycle rental business - Island Car and Bike Hire and can offer you competitive prices for your stay.

Cancellation policy:

One month or more: 75% of your booking will be refunded
Two weeks to one month: 50% refund
Under two weeks: 50% IF we obtain another booking for your time
